1. How to take care of my bag ?
To ensure that your Sellerie Georges leather item will last for many years, we recommend that you condition it every 2 or 3 months with a color less natural leather conditioner. You can clean the cotton with a saddle soap
2. What is vegetable tanned leather ?
Sustainable development is at the heart of our philosophy/
Vegetable tanning is an alternative to chromium, a chemical used in the tanning process. Chromium is an extremely harmful agent for fauna and flora despite going through wastewater treatment.
Vegetable tanning means processing the leather with natural agents: quebracho tree, Mimosa, or Chestnut.
3. Are Sellerie Georges' products under guarantee ?
All leather products are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase, subject to normal use and compliance with the precautions for use. If necessary, we can repair your product in our workshops. For this purpose, please contact our customer service department “info@sellerie-georges.com”
4. Where are Sellerie Georges' products manufactured?
All our products are manufactured in the Paris region in the same workshop following a master saddler process, and honoring rigorous specifications.

5. Is it possible to return an item ?
You have fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the items purchased on the sellerie-georges.com website to exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, under the conditions provided for in Article L. 121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
To do so, just get in touch with our Customer Service by e-mail: info@sellerie-georges.com.
Once your request is validated by the Customer Service, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your return is accepted. You will then have to return the item to us. Shipping costs are your responsibility. (unless the product is damaged).
The right of return will be confirmed if the item is returned new and in its original packaging. The label needs to be attached to the product. The product will not have been worn, used, modified, damaged and will be in perfect condition to be put on sale again.

7. How long does it take for my order to be shipped ?
All orders placed are automatically processed the same day.
However, preparation of an order can take 48-72 hours depending on the items. They are then shipped within 2 working days. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, from there you can take into account the delivery times announced by the carriers

8. Do you ship outside France ?
We ship worldwide, countries outside the EEC are subject to a calculation of delivery cost and taxes according to the laws in force in each country on the basis of the products selected.
