SHIPPING & RETURNS

We strive to ship any order received within 48 hours, with a delivery service provided by a carrier. Delivery is carried out by a top-of-the-range transport service, offering great flexibility. If the Customer has provided his mobile phone number when paying for his order on the Sellerie Georges website, he or she can be notified of the time of delivery by text message. If the time is not convenient, the Customer can simply reply to the text message giving a later delivery date. Delivery notifications can also be sent and re-scheduled by email. The order can be tracked using the tracking number provided in the dispatch confirmation email sent by Sellerie Georges. In order to ensure that no mistake is made with the delivery address and to verify that our delivery company is provided with the correct information, we use a system that checks the address using the postcode. We are not able to process orders addressed to a P.O. Box. Please note that if our products were purchased through one of our distributors, exchanges or returns will have to be agreed with them directly. We offer free delivery for orders over €150.

If the Customer is not entirely satisfied with his or her order, we offer either to refund it or to exchange it, provided that the goods have reached us within 7 business days following receipt of the package. Please note that the goods cannot be refunded or exchanged if the product has been used. Please ensure that the return package is adequately packed and protected. For your protection, we recommend the use of a trackable shipping service. Please include the Customer’s name and address, as well as the order number and the reason for the return or exchange with the returned products and send them to: Sellerie Georges, 8 rue Berthollet, 75005 Paris, France. We normally process returns within seven days of receipt of the goods. If the goods are returned because they have been incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the shipping costs.
